All legal rights in and to the RALLAE mobile application (hereinafter referred to solely as “RALLAE”) belong to LUMO YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “LUMO”).

LUMO is a hosting provider within the scope of Code No. 5651 and is in no way a content provider/producer. Accordingly, no data, information and/or analysis on RALLAE is produced and/or modified by LUMO. All such data, information and/or analysis are produced by third-party data and information providers or by artificial intelligence systems belonging to third parties, under the responsibility of such third parties. The methods used to determine the scores presented to users on RALLAE are explained to users within the application, and such scores are the results of the relevant mathematical functions. Without prejudice to the foregoing and without limitation, all data, information and outputs produced by the artificial intelligence tools used on RALLAE are provided on an “as is” basis.

LUMO makes no representation or undertaking as to the advisability or suitability of any investment and does not recommend that any investment decision be made solely on the basis of the provided data, information and/or analyses. All data, information and analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute, and should not be construed as, any advice or recommendation for trading, financial, investment or other purposes. LUMO hereby warns all users that cryptocurrency investments are risky. RALLAE uses artificial intelligence tools provided by third parties that are project partners. Although LUMO exercises maximum due care to ensure that the content generated by artificial intelligence is accurate and appropriate, LUMO gives no warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose of the content provided. All artificial intelligence tools used on RALLAE are for informational and educational purposes only. LUMO expressly states that content generated by artificial intelligence may not reflect current information or developments and that you should not rely on such content as the sole basis for your decision making processes.

LUMO is not an investment adviser, financial adviser, intermediary institution/broker, or exchange and none of the data and/or information contained in RALLAE constitutes any investment advice, offer, recommendation or solicitation by LUMO to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency.

None of the data, information and analyses on RALLAE constitutes general or personalized investment advice.
